Guilt-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
All of the love and none of the guilt…is that even possible? These amazing 5 ingredient cookies are loaded with love.
Naturally Gluten-Free, High Fiber, Can be made Vegan
Cooking time including prep 10 minutes
Yields: 8 cookies
Ingredients:
1/4 cup ground flax and chia seed meal
2 TSBP chocolate chips (I used Good for Life vegan chips)
2 TBSP PB2
1 scoop vanilla protein ( I used Dymatize Whey Birthday cake) you can use Vegan Protein Powder to make this recipe vegan
1 medium banana
Baking pan
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350
2. Combine Banana, Protein and PB2 until throughouly mashed together
3. Add flax/chia meal and chocolate chips mix until all combined
4. Place dollop of mixture on baking pan (you should have enough for 8 cookies)
5. Cook on 350 for 7 minutes
Let cool and enjoy! (try not to eat them all at once)
***Keep in mind chia and flax are hydrophilic meaning they can absorb water (almost 12x their weight) and expand so drink lots of water and these cookies and will fill you up!

Can the banana be omitted without a substitute? Or could you recommend a substitution. I’m actually allergic to bananas which make alot of recipes I find difficult to use
No bananas can not be omitted they are the main ingredient that binds everything together. You could try pumpkin but you would have to add a sweetener to the recipe.
