Keto Raspberry Almond Bars

These bars hit the spot for a dessert or snack on the go or after a meal.

230 Calories – 22g Fat/3g(net) carbs/6g Protein

Ingredients:

1.5 cups almond flour

1 whole egg

1/4 cup flax seed meal

4 tbs Salted Butter (melted)

4oz cream cheese (soft/melted)

1 vanilla bean seeds

1 scoop collagen powder (about 10 grams)

1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

optional – Polaner’s high fiber sugar free raspberry jelly

Directions: 

Pre-heat oven to 350

Combine all ingredients except raspberries in a bowl until thoroughly blended

Put mixture in a shallow nonstick bake pan that is coated with butter or coconut oil (9×6 is ideal)

Once mixture is in pan break up raspberries and place on top

Bake for 30-45mins depending on dish depth (they will be soft in the middle)

remove from oven and cut into 8 even squares

let cool, top with 1/2 teaspoon sugar free jelly when eating.
