Protein Donuts

Hold your holes cause these mini protein donuts have macros which fit any nutrition plan!

Cook time 15mins

Ingredients :

1.5 scoops Dymatize Iso 100 Whey protein ( I used Orange Cream)

88g Kodiak Cake mix

2 whole eggs

Further Food Collagen 2 scoops

Instructions: 

pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Spray donut pan with non stick spray

mix ingredients into a bowl and beat until slightly thickened (batter will be thin it will not get very thick)

pour into donut molds

Bake for 15 mins

 

optional – Add in fruit , chocolate chips (I use Lily’s Chips) or other fun stuff
