Over the past couple of years I have gone from ZERO food in my fridge to the queen of meal prep. I learned how to cook in the kitchen of 5 Star Steakhouses so measurements are foreign to me so bare with me as I take my creations and make them into a recipe you can follow. Most recipes I have created or modified from a friends recommendation.
All of my recipes are low carb, low sugar, high in protein and are idea for a fitness lifestyle. I do not cook/eat gluten-free however I tend to often stay away from products that contain gluten. I will list if a recipe is gluten-free. I do follow a Paleo diet , but a lot of my recipes are Paleo and I will list if the recipe is Paleo.
