Peanut Butter Protein Mousse
(Gluten-Free)

Total Cooking Time – 5 minutes
Ingredients:
3 tbsp PB2 or PB2 Chocolate (powder form unmixed)
1 Cup low fat Cottage Cheese
½ tsp Vanilla Extract (No High Fructose Corn Syrup)
2 Packets of Stevia
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients Magic Bullet, blender or food processor and blend for about 2 minutes until you reach a light airy consistency
*** it may get stuck until it become a thinner consistency, if that occurs stop and mix with a spoon then start the magic bullet again. Eventually it will all be a smooth consistancy
2. Cover and chill in the fridge and enjoy!
