Turkey Meatballs

 ( Paleo, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)

DSC_0944 Total Cooking time, including prep- under 30 mins.Yield: 20-25 small/medium sized meatballs

Ingredients: 

1lb Ground Lean Turkey Meat

1 Bell Pepper (chopped fine or minced)

½ medium sized Vadialla or sweet onion (chopped or minced)

Ground pepper (to your taste)

Pink Himalayan sea salt ( a few grinds of the mill)

1 egg white

1tbps of Sriracha (or 2 if you like it! )

*you can also add some chopped garlic if you like

Tools of the trade:

Baking pan (or 2)

Mixing bowl

Tin foil with cooking spray (pam olive oil)DSC_0950

How to Cook: 

Pre heat oven on 350

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl

Use about a spoonful of meat to make a ball and place on the tray . I made aprox 20-25 and used two trays to fit them all

Bake for 8 mins, flip bake for 5 more mins

Center of meat must reach 165 degrees to be fully cooked

Enjoy!!! Try not to eat them all at once they are sooooo good.
